GENERAL:  Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

DISCLAIMER: MRCM does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred regarding flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference and advises that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights and/or accommodation. MRCM &  WOF reserves the right to change any of the published conference details without notice and has the final decision on all conference-related matters.

 

PRIVACY ACT: In providing personal information you acknowledge that: 1.The information is being collected for the purpose of being able to contact you. 2. You have rights to access and correct personal information held by MRCM, 123 Jensen Street, Whitfield Q 4870. 3. From time to time we may contact you about upcoming events/initiatives run by Women of Favour Conference.

 

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT: MRCM records the conference through various media. This may include photos, video and audio, including group images. MRCM reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes and may use this material to advertise future events.

 

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS: A 27% cancellation fee for registrations purchased for Conference and Conference Special registrations. Cancellation of registration must be made to MRCM in writing. You are able to transfer your registration for Favour Conference 2017 (only once) to another person, however please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. Please inform us in writing if you wish to transfer your registration to a substitute delegate.

 

MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT: I give permission for MRCM & WOF Conference staff and volunteers to obtain emergency medical, hospital or ambulance assistance when they consider necessary. I understand that every effort will be made for me or any emergency contact to be notified before they do this. I acknowledge that I will be liable for any and all medical/hospital/ambulance costs and expenses incurred in my treatment. I understand that while every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure my practical protection, I hereby release and hold harmless MRCM & WOF Conference -authorised staff and volunteers from any and all liability regarding any injury, accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to me and/or my property while present at the MRCM Favour Conference.
